Cybele leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline cuts down in a V that runs well past the collarbone, and the sleeves are gathered full at the shoulder. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back is panelled in tulle fine enough to read as bare.
