Cersey holds a close bodice over a wide, structured skirt. The neckline is filled in with tulle fine enough that the trim seems to rest on skin, and the sleeves run the length of the arm to the wrist. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back has a keyhole cut into it.
