Triumph is held to the body as far as the knee, then let go into a flare. The neckline curves in two soft peaks across the bust, and the sleeves run the length of the arm to the wrist. The lace carries the pattern, worked open so what is under it still reads. The hem runs out into a chapel train, the shorter of the two usual ones, and the back cuts down to a V.
