This gown leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline is filled in with tulle fine enough that the trim seems to rest on skin, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The lace carries the pattern, worked open so what is under it still reads. The hem runs out into a chapel train, the shorter of the two usual ones, and the back fastens with buttons down the spine, which is the side the ceremony sees.
