Valerie is held to the body as far as the knee, then let go into a flare. The neckline curves in two soft peaks across the bust, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back is panelled in tulle fine enough to read as bare.
