Charlene is held to the body as far as the knee, then let go into a flare. The neckline cuts down in a V that runs well past the collarbone, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back is cut low.
