Bloom by Tina Valerdi

Bloom holds a close bodice over a wide, structured skirt. The neckline curves in two soft peaks across the bust, and the sleeves come away, so one gown covers ceremony and party. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem runs out into a chapel train, the shorter of the two usual ones, and the back is panelled in tulle fine enough to read as bare.
