Elizabeth leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline runs level across the bust with nothing cut into it. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem runs out into a chapel train, the shorter of the two usual ones, and the back closes with a zip.
