Catherine falls from shoulder to hem in one column, with nothing built into the skirt. The neckline cuts down in a V, which lengthens the neck, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The lace carries the pattern, worked open so what is under it still reads. The hem runs out into a chapel train, the shorter of the two usual ones, and the back closes with a zip.
