Cape Lamis is made as a top and a skirt, so each half is fitted on its own. The neckline runs level across the bust with nothing cut into it, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back is cut low.
