This gown leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline cuts down in a V, which lengthens the neck, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem finishes in a sweep train, which brushes the floor and no more, and the back is panelled in tulle fine enough to read as bare.
