This gown leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline cuts down in a V, which lengthens the neck, and the sleeves cover the top of the shoulder and stop there. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back laces up, so the fit can be taken in or let out.
