This gown leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline curves in two soft peaks across the bust, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The lace carries the pattern, worked open so what is under it still reads. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back laces up, so the fit can be taken in or let out.
