Million Dots leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline is filled in with tulle fine enough that the trim seems to rest on skin, and the sleeves stop above the elbow. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back cuts down to a V.
