Cosmic Velvet falls from shoulder to hem in one column, with nothing built into the skirt. The neckline is cut square, with the corners kept sharp, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The lace carries the pattern, worked open so what is under it still reads. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it.
