Issa leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline is cut square, with the corners kept sharp, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem finishes in a sweep train, which brushes the floor and no more, and the back is cut low.
