Flora is held to the body as far as the knee, then let go into a flare. The neckline is filled in with tulle fine enough that the trim seems to rest on skin, and the sleeves run the length of the arm to the wrist. The crepe is matt and fluid, and it follows the body closely. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it.
