Charity falls from shoulder to hem in one column, with nothing built into the skirt. The neckline is cut square, with the corners kept sharp, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back is cut low.
