Carla stays close through the hip and begins to flare around mid-thigh. The neckline runs straight from one shoulder to the other, and the sleeves stop between the elbow and the wrist. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back is cut low.
