Chelsia holds a close bodice over a wide, structured skirt. The neckline curves in two soft peaks across the bust. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem falls to the floor with nothing following behind it, and the back fastens with buttons down the spine, which is the side the ceremony sees.
