Caitlin leaves the waist where it is and widens in one unbroken sweep to the hem. The neckline curves in two soft peaks across the bust, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The tulle is what gives a skirt volume with no weight behind it. The hem stops above the ankle, so the shoes are part of the outfit, and the back laces up, so the fit can be taken in or let out.
