Semira is held to the body as far as the knee, then let go into a flare. The neckline cuts down in a V, which lengthens the neck, and the straps are two fine cords, barely there. The lace carries the pattern, worked open so what is under it still reads. The hem is cut long, and the back laces up, so the fit can be taken in or let out.
